KFG is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of KFG until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. KFG can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

KFG's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 30 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
 

How much time do returns take to be processed?

Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10  business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.

Jewellery & Watches:
Store your jewellery in the original packaging to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss brilliance.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the jewelry.

Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximise brilliance. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
